Mahendradatta No.989 Herbal Candle

In 989, she arrived in Bali. Not as a visitor. As a queen. The transition between girlhood and power. Mahendradatta at her most fully human — wise, present, unafraid. Cananga, the sacred flower of Java, deeper and more complex than jasmine. Cedarwood, structural and grounding. A whisper of sandalwood — the scent of ceremony and quiet authority. Cananga releases what the body holds as tension. Cedarwood reduces cortisol and supports the parasympathetic nervous system — the body's state of calm readiness. Sandalwood builds inner confidence and encourages the introspection that precedes decisive action. This is what power smells like before it is announced. Product Details A clean-burning soy candle featuring a woven cotton wick and an artisanal blend of herbal oils: Cananga Essential Oil, Himalayan Cedarwood Essential Oil, Sandalwood Essential Oil Hours of Radiance : 90gr : ~20 Hours (ideal for smaller spaces like a workspace or powder room) 200gr : ~40 Hours (the perfect mid-size for bedrooms and cozy living areas) Somatic Benefits Cortisol drops, tension releases, inner confidence builds quietly. Care Instruction A Ritual of Remembrance Every candle learns from its very first flame. To guide a clean and flawless burn, always trim the wick to a neat 4mm before lighting. This small ritual keeps the flame steady and the atmosphere clear. Setting the Path: wax holds a beautiful focus 90gr : On your candle's first journey, allow it to burn for 1 to 1.5 hours until the liquid pool gently embraces the edges. Be patient upon this initial lighting; a new soy candle requires this extra time to awaken and release its very first breath of aroma. This sets an even path forward, ensuring future burns melt smoothly. Never let its journey exceed 3 hours. 175gr - 220gr : Wax holds a beautiful focus. Give your candle room to breathe by letting it melt for 2 to 2.5 hours on its first lighting, ensuring the molten pool reaches the glass walls. This extended initial burn is essential to unlock the botanical bouquet, which needs time to lift from the fresh wax for the first time. Once this path is set, future lights will bloom easily. Always extinguish the flame by the 4th hour. Restoring the Light Should a shadow of black smoke arise, put the flame out immediately. Simply let the wax cool, trim the wick back to its ideal 4mm length, and welcome the light back in. A Mindful Presence A flame is a living element. Never leave your burning candle unattended; let it companion your space only while you are there to enjoy it.
